We assess the roof's condition - sometimes it is possible to put the EPDM membrane over the existing substrate but only where there is no damage to the underlying timbers. If necessary we then remove the old waterproof covering and renew any deck timbers and the deck itself using either OSB board or structural plywood.

The new membrane is then cut to fit from a 15m X 60m roll - this ensures that the majority of flat roof's can be covered with no seams ensuring waterproof integrity. The new EPDM Rubber covering is glued in place to the deck and finished using proprietary edging strips to give an excellent aesthetic finish.

On completion we dispose of the old roofing materials and timber and ensure the surrounding area is clean and tidy.
